The default sa (system administrator) account for SQL Server is deactivated by default, you can login to SQL Management console with the local Windows Administrator account and activate the sa account if you wish, or create additional SQL users. To launch SQL, go to Start Menu -> Microsoft SQL Server Tools 18 -> Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
