    What do you like best about the product?
    Included lambda expressions and date/time API is the best part of jdk 8
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It can make code to run slower if we cannot ise it properly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Maintainance and reusable of code has become easier.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Overall openJDK8 is very stable with minor issues.
    It is faster, with good amount of new features ( though with Java11 and above , we get even more of them).
    And with Ubuntu (or any other Debian distribution) , Java 8 (or any other java version for that matter) , easy of installaion and configuration along with faster application deployments are some major advantage.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Faced some issues with java thread pool management (with jboss) when upgarding to openJDK8.
    There were some config changes done which weren't properly documented that caused performance issues with our application.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Faster, stable and efficient = less unknown errors. That's what it solves.

    What do you like best about the product?
    OpenJDK 8 on Ubuntu 18 provides access to a wide range of development tools and libraries available in the Java ecosystem. This includes various IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA, build tools like Apache Maven and Gradle, and numerous Java libraries and frameworks.

    By combining the advantages of OpenJDK 8 as a robust Java implementation and the stability and usability of Ubuntu 18 as an operating system, it can create a reliable and efficient environment for Java development and deployment, which also helps our customers and us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    No anything has come across which makes me dislike it so far. Its really a good and robust combination.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has solved various business problems, like compatibility issues and security issues. It improved the performance a lot which we observed. It is open-source in nature, and it has more community support.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Open source platform for java in Ubuntu, new API for date time manipulation. It is very supportive of the java developer systems, function programming, and new javascript version.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Good for small java projects, it is supportive, but for large java projects, its sdk version didn't support it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Java open source project I have completed easily built the project by using SDK. It makes it easy to access other java projects and is supported in all Ubuntu versions. Easy to compile the c class file.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The two best things about openjdk are the open source nature of the product and the continuous improvements it has seen over the past times.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are competitors for openjdk who are providing longer support.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Oraclejdk used to be a liscened based software due to which there were a lot of hassles in development. Openjdk solves that issue, which js abrral plus fo developers.
