Purchase a set number of prepaid Unit 42 Retainer Credits at a level that fits your budget and cybersecurity needs. Unit 42 by Palo Alto Networks offers four retainer levels and service-level agreements (SLAs) to complement your organization’s existing security operations capabilities and meet your incident response requirements.
You can purchase one of four retainer levels based on your budget and your cybersecurity needs:
- Level 1: 250 - 500 prepaid credits with a 24-hour remote SLA & reasonable efforts en route SLA*
- Level 2: 550 - 1,100 prepaid credits with an 8-hour remote SLA & 48-hour en route SLA
- Level 3: 1,250 - 2,250 prepaid credits with a 4-hour remote SLA & 36-hour en route SLA
- Level 4: 7,500+ prepaid credits with a 2-hour remote SLA & 24-hour en route SLA
*The SLA is for Incident Response services only, where the en route SLA is for the continental US, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia and UAE only.
