What do you like best about the product?
Custom views, easy to understand states (New/Open/Pending/Solved/Closed)
What do you dislike about the product?
Barrage of emails, heavy user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep customers happy, which leads to additional purchases

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zendesk because it simple to use but robust in design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find too many features that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Zendesk as a customer. As a help desk specialist and as a business owner. I like the way it's organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Used Zendesk many times. It is slow and prone to issues. The servers went down several times. Support is not great. Otherwise it's a decent platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed and complexity.. the web based application is sluggish and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Things I like about Zendesk:
1) Very easy to set up. Also their support is more than willing to teach you best practices
2) Has mobile application. I can track tickets on the go
3) Ticket filtering and views
Zendesk also is very user friendly and easy to learn which I like the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Mobile application needs a lot of improvement.
2. No option to allocate ticket to multiple light agents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service ticketing and internal business process progress updates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zendesk is worth the price and very easy to install

Visually appealing, easy to manuever. Great for assigning tickets to users

search results can be tricky - have to type exact the right tag to get the result

using to assign tickets to agents for issue resolution

it is accessible from cloud so even a smartphone could work

Even though Zendesk is pretty user friendly it lacs macros
