What do you like best about the product?
The use of several projects and in a single place, being able to communicate with the client and with the other collaborators in real time, in addition to viewing the pending issues and conclusions. Application support is efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports and analysis are not so accurate, or also do not have the necessary resources for the activities we need.
The possibility of viewing the activities of other collaborators along with mine sometimes hinders the development of projects.

It is a little complex for some simple activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are new contractors we have had great support from zendesk.

We have a quick response to the solutions we need.

What do you like best about the product?
A plataforma é intuitiva, organizada e atende a diversas necessidades que podem surgir durante a experiência do cliente de um caminho da qualificação do lead até o atendimento operacional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acredito que a caixa de entrada de e-mail devia ser um pouco mais personalizavel, com direito ao uso de tags para melhor reepção de novos e-mail e direcionamento a caixas individuais

O zendesk me auxilia a otimizar a jornada do cliente desde o momento do comercial, jurídico, faturamento e entrada na operação, economizando um lapso temporal do atendimento que antes tinhamos.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and speed of solving problems, as well as the possibility of solving them autonomously, when necessary. Because, often, the problem is simpler than it seems.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, so far, I haven't found any negative aspects or inconsistency that I could point out here as "disliked". So I like all the points and features using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk helped me with the communication problem with our customers. Sometimes we had difficulties managing all the demands and the response time, which was causing a lot of dissatisfaction

Security, agility and ease of use of the platform.

I wish I didn't always have to open a new conversation after 24 hours of inactivity on my customer's response.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zendesk is to use groups to organize our tickets, the integration with droz message is being helpful to talk faster with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tricky part is to organize WhatsApp messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication with our customers has been better since we start to use Zendesk.

What do you like best about the product?
ultilizo poucas vezes para falar com os clientes, gosto do bom funcionamento do app, e ainda quanto a ultilização o pouco que ultilzei gostei bastante, visto que o app é bom

trava as vezes por conta da internet, mas fora isso funiona perfeiramente, no momento acredito que estão ok para todos os efeitos ainda não me familiarizei muito com a plataforma

Não ultilzo constantemente está ferramenta por isso não tenho muita vasão para expor, me sinto produtivo quano consigo finzalizar todos os meus objetivos, meu desenhpenho mudou bastante

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, dynamic and objective. Anyone can learn to access it easily. Zendesk unifies communication with customers in a very good way, with great quality and speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout could be better and more useful. There is a lot of bureaucracy in adding customers to the platform. What hinders a little the agility of the work that could be more agile. But everything else is very good, only praise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to work better. The platform helps me to better connect with customers, in a simple and fast way. By streamlining the connection with customers, they are happier, have their problems resolved faster and as a result, we are able to work better.
