An Amazing Experience!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been thoroughly impressed with Drata. The dashboard and modules provided are clear and concise which creates a clear learning experience and offers precise insights into our progress towards achieving security compliance. The customer service provided by Drata has exceeded my expectations. As someone who started the SOC2 compliance journey with very little knowledge of security protocols, I was lucky to have an outstanding Customer Success Manager guiding me through every step. Elizabeth John's expertise were evident in her explanation of each process during our meetings, allowing me to grasp concepts gradually. She has been instrumental in assisting me at every step. I cannot emphasize enough how invaluable her support has been. I recommend Drata to anyone looking for comprehensive security compliance solutions!

I cannot express any negatives about my experience with Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup operating in the cloud environment, ensuring security is extremely important to our success. Navigating security protocol standards can be confusing, especially for a cloud startup with very limited resources. Drata's platform offers clear guidance, streamlining the process of achieving SOC 2 compliance. As we scale our operations, maintaining visibility and control over our security posture becomes increasingly challenging. Drata's dashboard provides real-time overview into our security posture, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring that we remain proactive in mitigating risks. Drata's Trust Center enable us to instill confidence in our customers and enhance our credibility. Drata has been an invaluable partner in our journey towards building a secure and compliant platform.

Drata has changed the game for Compliance oversight
What do you like best about the product?
I love Drata. It's the highest impact tool I've ever used within the PD experience that truly took a cumbersome, challenging (and important) part of our operations, provided the right amount of insight and automation to drive real efficiencies and observability. Drata also does a great job supporting their product. Their client success teams and audit specialists are great partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Any issues we've had to date, we've been able to effectively work through with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of policies, SOC 2 Type 2 Auditing period/experience, security training for teams.
Drata is a Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Drata has been very simple to use and at the same time very robust to help us find gaps in our compliance. I use the system everyday. They have really helped us create a compliance program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any strong dislikes. They have been able to do and help with everything that I have asked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us get and stay compliant with the Frameworks my company needs to compete
Easy to use compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Drata has document templates that meet compliance requirements for all of the certifications that my company needs, except for ISO 9001, making it much easier to meet certification requirements. The tracking of the controls and notifications of tasks make it much easier to keep on track and eliminate last minute scrambeling before an audit.

What do you dislike about the product?
The document editor is not great. and viewing documents in pdf format cuts off tables, making the viewing of approved documents very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is a very good document repository. With all of the policies and supporting documents in one place it makes it much easier to locate evidence during audits.
A good compliance tool with a customer-oriented manager and quick reflection of feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I had to learn about Drata not long after I moved to my new job, and our drata manager helped me a lot, and we still meet almost every week to resolve my questions and difficulties, which is very helpful. This is a tool that I would like to introduce to my colleagues at other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a UX perspective, it would be great to see improvements in areas where too many clicks are required. For example, you can click from a control item to a monitoring item directly, but when you want to return from a monitoring item to a control item, you have to start over from the category tab, which can sometimes be time-inefficient. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the UX experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall compliance control of the company can be seen at a glance and it has become more convenient when responding to audits.
Drata makes SOC compliance so easy
What do you like best about the product?
Drata has taken the time to create the most comprehensive self-help knowledge base I have ever seen for a SaaS provider. That makes Drata really easy to use and easy to learn. Nonetheless, SOC 2 compliance is complicated for us non-engineers, so I've relied at times on their excellent customer service, which is second to none. We are a small company leaving the start-up stage and we need to demonstrate a strong security posture, but no one on my team has ever sought SOC 2 compliance before. Drata makes it as painless as it could possibly be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I'd say I dislike about Drata. They do everything they can to make compliance easy and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping me to stay organized and not miss any important aspects of compliance.
Excellent help and support
What do you like best about the product?
The support features of Drata. What ever support you need you can get in just a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's policy center lack some features of styling if wanting to edit the policies there but otherwise its good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the monitoring and evidence gathering for compliance. Also as the tool for keeping track of vendors and Risk Management.
Drata is head and shoulders above other reviewed solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The more I work in Drata, the more I love it. Very intelligently setup and the has helped simplify the actual certifications for me as I use the platform. The personnel section has really made it easy for my team to review and ensure all users are compliant at a glance.
Our Customer Success Manager, Craig, is also a super star. He is incredibly knowleageable and has helped us learn the platform and become more confident in it every day. His follow through is outstanding and has helped us adopt the system and be in it every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The API options of Drata are improving, though at the moment some of the features I need are not yet complete or live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and Drata is giving us more power to keep all the controls and requirements under supervision. It makes ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 feel manageable and simpler.
DRATA Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about DRATA is that they have this AI chatbot that you can ask which is familiar with their knowledge base. It feels like you are using ChatGPT but when it reaches the point where it can't conclusively answer your question, it then offers you to talk to a person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is my first time to use such software and our company also obtained services from AssuranceLab where somehow it confuses me because Drata and AssuranceLab has different set of Quickstart Guide. I hope Drata and AssuranceLab has tighter integration so that these quickstarts are somehow unified and not confusing for a first timer like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives you an organized way on how you would go about working on your Compliance journey
Great product for managing compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great customer service. I like that I can see when items are due in a dashboard so I can get to work on them before they expire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support articles don't always work (aren't accessible) and some areas could be more customizable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in several ways:
- when we started the program it acted as a guide into what we needed to do
- now it's useful for centralizing our compliance efforts and for easily keeping track of when documents or tasks should be reviewed and updated. This is very useful because Drata does it automatically without the need for us to setup calendars and reminders.
