What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly request changes into their product to best fit my team's need. Drata is always improving and adding to their product to keep up with the industry in their space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things on the roadmap took longer than expected to deploy. The UI can also be a bit clunky and don't feel right with the workflow. Such as jumping into controls or policies as a quick link instead of doing a full search and back out a screen. Policy editor and out of the box does not support the file format to be easily edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many features inside Drata that provides an easy container to provide evidence quickly to an auditor to remove the need of using a spreadsheet or cloud storage.

A winning combination of technology and team
What do you like best about the product?
The Drata team is very responsive. Whether it's the in-product chat or our rep, they not only answer every question but link to supporting documentation when it exists. The team took the overwhelming process of compliance and made it very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain parts of the product take several clicks to get to. I would like to be able to save favorite controls or sections for faster access in the future. My current workaround is a bookmarks folder, but I would ultimately prefer this in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us maintain our SOC 2 security posture. Our customer's security is a top priority. Drata's continuous monitoring and connected accounts make this easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are solid and it's clear the direction of the platform is ahead of the competition.
Also the support has been great and my Customer Success Manager, Noah, has been incredibly responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Any type of compliance is going to take a ton of work so they can't just magically make that disappear BUT they can make it a ton easier to dive in and get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 Type 1 + 2 & ISO 27001 compliance.
As a startup we have limited resources, so finding the right partner here to minimize time to compliance is critical, esp for enterprise clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards clearly outline what tasks you have completed and which are outstanding, making it easy to understand and forecast how much work is remaining. Drata's experts are also very quick to respond to questions and provide thoughtful insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The kickoff call didn't address every question I had about the process of achieving SOC 2, it still wasn't entirely clear how to hire an auditor and what their role would be in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata makes it very clear exactly which tasks are required for your compliance framework, and if there is any ambiguity then you can ask a person for clarification and you'll get a response in a few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata is by far one of the best complaint automation platform out there. They have made our life much easier. It's so easy to navigate and control all the complaince things from Drata.

I haven't found any issues with them so far.

Having visibility into our security program - from the policies to the controls - and making sure everything aligns with different standards (for example, SOC2, GDPR, and ISO) in an easy-to-understand and see manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about Drata's support - account manager, as-needed web support, etc. - is fantastic. Highly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional team. Tayler Gase, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure our team stays on track with our compliance needs. She deserves a raise!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, to be honest! My only minor dislike is that I had a few bumps with the policy documentation due to the Drata software editing system. Still, Tayler quickly found a workaround and fixed the issue!
