No headache solution to SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I can't sum up what I like best to just one thing. I have to mention two.
1) I love the ease of use that Drata offers. Their interface puts all the information you in one place with actionable items to fix issues
2) The team is great at helping when you need. Even before you need it :) They're always willing to help. And they do so quickly (Usually within minutes)

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike specific to Drata. My dislikes are about SOC2 and how much of a headache it can be. But now I can say, "I have people for that"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming compliant to be able to partner with companies without dedicating a ton of dev time each month to keep up compliancy.

Gamechanger for security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
- Product velocity is awesome; continues to get better quickly
- Really supportive CS program; helped us set up for our SOC 2 effectively
- Good alerting and notifications when things go wrong (e.g. via Slack app) so we can fix asap
- Device agent so our team doesn't have to install or use additional 3rd party MDM software
- The Trust Center / Hub for an overview of security protocols is great to share with prospects and customers
- Auditor app to make it easy for Auditors to get the data and create a report

- Some gaps in automated test coverage means we still need to regulary add and take screenshots
- As normal, some bugs and minor issues in the product, but they get resolved quickly after being reported

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Getting started sooner than expected with SOC 2 audits
- Saving a significant amount of time and effort in collecting the evidence for our audits
- Making it easier to have and get adherence to key company policies
- Helping us formalize and improve our security understanding and posture
- Better visibility and transparency (even internally) around our compliance requirements and status
- Credibility when engaging prospects around our security protocols and practices
