Have worked for retail and finance and telecommunication industry. Roles are PM, EA architect, security consultants.
Homin Kim is a retail expert with diversified experience in online, offline, and omni-channel retail industry. He originally started his career in Army Headquarters as a PR Officer (Lieutenant). After that he joined Watson Wyatt as a management consultant. He started his retail career at Samsung Tesco (joint venture between Samsung and Tesco UK) as Chief of Staff to CEO. He had various roles at Tesco; E-commerce director, Business Innovation team leader, and a store manager in Seoul metropolitan area. Homin has also founded a retail company that operated a multi-channel O2O platform (1 offline and 2 online stores) that provided liquidation channel for retailers and manufacturers to trade and sell off their old stocks & salvages. Just prior to joining AWS, he worked as a Director of retail BU at Business Strategy and Insight Center of Lotte Group. His main responsibilities were to support top management decision making and provide strategy consulting service to group's retail subsidiaries. He now works at AWS as Korea Head of Retail/CPG Business Development helping global retail and CPG customers’ digital transformation.
Vince Koh is the Global Head of Digital Commerce at Amazon Web Services
(AWS). He helps retailers and consumer brands by providing solutions cater to
specific industry needs, adapting to changing customer demands and market
conditions. Throughout his 20-year career, Vince has led digital commerce for both
global enterprises and high-growth startups, overseeing and executing direct-to-
consumer (DTC), marketplace, and omni-channel retail initiatives.
Prior to joining AWS, Vince served as the SVP of Commerce & Conversion at Weber
Shandwick and as the VP of eCommerce for Iconix Brand Group. He has also led
merchandising, strategy, and operations at venture capital-backed startups such as
Fab and Keaton Row, and has worked on retail consulting projects worldwide for
Accenture. Vince holds an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate
